Take a picture with your phone of the “signal.”
You will have that as a reminder to STOP,CHOOSE, and START a strategy.

I will make a healthy CHOICE.
I think of the color GREEN.
Green means GO or START.
I will START to use a strategy.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE SCHEDULE
(Print out a few blank schedules)
• The schedule should be placed in an area where it is accessible to you and family members.
• Each day there will be several tasks to complete. The tasks should be completed in the order they were written. For example, read motivational story before you get out of bed, make bed, exercise, practice relaxation techniques (i.e. deep breathing).
• The individual who completes the task must sign the box under the correct day of the week with his/her initials.
• The schedule must be completed Monday through Sunday.
• It is sometimes helpful to put times next to the task. (e,g., read motivational story by 9:00a.m.)
